Existing bargeboards and fascias are carefully removed; any rotten or damaged rafters are replaced. The perished felt is ripped off and our all-in-one PVC eaves tray with built-in ventilation and vermin guard fitted. The PVCue boards are fixed using stainless steel pins and new guttering is aligned and installed. Finally, we re-point the concrete verges completing a professional installation.
